(UNI) In an interim order, the Delhi High Court lifted a 10-day ban on Viacom Inc's Comedy Central channel imposed on it on Friday for breaching moral guidelines for cable channels.
The HC stayed the earlier order of the HC temporarily till it hears the final arguments of the case. The ban was imposed by the Central Government on the TV channel for showing vulgar and objectionable scenes in their show.
The ban was to start from the night of May 27 but the court has stayed the ban and will now hear the case in detail. UNI
