The Principal Special CBI Court at Nampally today dismissed the CBI's memo filed in the court for shifting financial Auditor V Vijay Sai Reddy to another jail from Chanchalguda Central Jail where he was presently lodged.
Mr Reddy was the second accused in the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress Party President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Judge U Durga Prasada Rao said this after hearing the memo filed by the investigating agency.
The CBI in its memo had expressed apprehensions that the duo could influence the witnesses if kept together in the same jail. UNI
