Delhi HC issues notices to Kanda, Aruna Chaddha in Geetika suicide case
(UNI) The Delhi High Court issued notices to former Haryana home minister Gopal Kanda and his employee Aruna Chaddha on the petition filed by Delhi police for expunction of adverse remarks made by the trial judge against the police.
Both Kanda and Chadha are facing trail for abetment of suicide by air hostess Gitika Sharma whose mother also committed suicide later.
Justice GP Mittal has sought the response of the two by July 9. UNI
